1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be in their original packaging
• Products must be unused and unopened for hygiene and safety reasons
• A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  

Due to the nature of vape products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened e-liquids, disposable vapes, coils, or pods unless they are defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

• E-liquids (opened or unsealed)
• Disposable vapes
• Clearance or final sale items
• Coils, pods, and drip tips once opened
  

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos or video of the issue for verification.

• If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
• Shipping costs for replacements of defective items will be covered by us.
  

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
• If rejected (e.g., product not in returnable condition), we will contact you with next steps.
  

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your returns.
  

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order falls under our standard return policy.
